1. Ordering & Delivery Terms
All orders are processed and dispatched from our Gauteng fulfillment center. Delivery times are estimated at 1–2 business days for Gauteng, and 2–4 business days for coastal and regional locations across South Africa.
2. Product Quality & Freshness Guarantee
We stock 100% Halal certified, Grade A fresh dates (Sukkary Rutab, Medjool, Ajwa, Sukari, Mabroom). Because fresh dates are perishable agricultural produce, items must be stored according to package instructions upon arrival (e.g., refrigeration/freezing for fresh Rutab dates).
3. Final Sale Policy (No Refunds, Returns, or Replacements)
Due to the perishable food and agricultural nature of fresh dates, all sales are final. We do NOT offer cash refunds, returns, store credits, or product replacements once an order has been processed and dispatched. Customers are advised to store dates according to care instructions upon arrival (e.g., immediate refrigeration or freezing for fresh Sukkary Rutab dates).

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa and the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
